简介:兰州医学院学士、硕士, 2001 年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院(原同济医科大学)公共卫生学院,获医学博士学位,同年十月进入中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所进行博士后研究工作,于 2004 年 4 月顺利出站,获得博士后证书。现为首都医科大学公共卫生于家庭医学学院预防医学系劳卫 - 环卫教研组副教授。

科研情况:(详细介绍)

1995.8-1998.8 ,进行“乳状液膜新技术在医学生物学领域的研究”,首次将该技术引入医学生物学领域,在进行乳状液膜对氨基酸的提取时,获得巨大成功,该项目获得 1995 年自然科学基金资助,并先后发表论文 4 篇,其中两片发表在国外权威期刊;同时,还将该技术应用于水体污染的治理,进行含酚废水中酚等有机物的净化,取得明显效果,此研究也获得 1997 年省自然科学基金资助。同时还参与甘肃省定西地区 “121 雨水集流工程项目的调查与评估 ” 。

1998.9-2001.8 ,先后参与实施国家“九五”科技攻关计划“武汉东湖水体污染及其预警研究”和国家自然科学基金“水体氮、磷污染及其生物去除技术研究”,主要承担东湖氮污染状况调查和水中“三氮”污染物的生物去除研究。研究过程共完成论文 6 篇,其中两篇已经发表,其他也将陆续发表。

2001.10-2004.4, 进行室内空气污染及其危险度评价研究,主要参与国家“十五”科技攻关项目 ----- “室内空气污染及其治理的研究”和科技部“十五”公益项目研究 ----“ 装修材料所致的室内空气污染及其危险毒评价研究 ” ,主要承担“装饰材料中挥发性有机物的细胞毒性研究”,内容涉及细胞毒理、分子毒理,共完成 10 万字的博士后工作报告

2004.8- 现在 目前主要从事北京居室空气污染及其模式研究、室内化学污染物的细胞和分子毒理研究和室内空气污染及其治理等方面的研究工作。

(2) Immortalization of human fetal bronchial epithelial cells transfected by telomerse catalysis subunit (human telomerase reverse transcriptase, hTERT) .

(3)The cellular and molecular mechanisms of depleted uranium toxicity using two in vitro models (BEAS-2B cell line and BEP2D cell line) and an animal model (rat).

1998-2001: (detail)

Contamination and Transformation of Nitrogen in Water of Donghu Lake and Nitrogen Removal using Biodenitrification Technology by Immobilized cells.

(1)The existing forms of nitrogen and their polluting pathways, characters, transformations in water of Donghu Lake were investigated. The study showed that there were three major ion forms of nitrogen, including ammonium, nitrite and nitrate, which could transformed each other in certain conditions.

(2)Based on the former practice, a experiment on nitrogen transformation was carried out. The effects of different operational conditions were studied.

(3)In order to eliminate the nitrogen pollution, four nitrogen bacteria were cultured, screened, enriched and finally immobilized with PVA and sodium alginate alga. The immobilized bacteria were more effective to remove nitrogen than free bacteria. By artificial inducement we can obtain highly efficient nitrifers and denitrifers which modeling study had verified to be feasible. The nitrifying effectiveness, denitrifying effectiveness and their affecting factors were also studied and the application of the immobilized bacteria technology was further discussed as well.

1995-1998:

Application of the Liquid Emulsion Membrane in Biological and Medical Fields.

(1) The extraction of amino acid through liquid emulsion membrane (LEM) was studied. The studies were carried out by utilizing the difference of H +. concentration or OH-concentration between the external and internal phases as the driving force. Using tri-n-octy-lamine, di-n-octy-lamine and n-octy-lamine as the cation or anion carriers. Span 80 as the surfactant, liquid paraffin as a membrane phase additive (cosurfacant), meanwhile, using L-lysine,L-phenylalanine , L-glutamic acid and L-cysteine as the model solutes, the experiments were preformed under various operation conditions.

(2) A mathematics model, which considered the external phase mass transfer resistance, interfacial reaction, diffusion throughout the member and membrane swelling and breakage, was established to simulate and explain the extraction process. The proposed model explained the transport behavior of the solutes.

(3) Having compared with the behavior of different carriers, different driving forces and different amino acids, it was found that different carries had different transport behaviors to a certain amino acid. And the same carries with different driving force also had different transport behaviors, i.e. the cation - type transport of an amino acid faster than anion - type transport one.

(4) It was found that the efficiency of extraction was, in some degree, directly to the concentration of carried and concentration of H/OH in external phase. The extraction efficiency was also connected with the emulsion- stabilizing surfactant, co surfactant and other ingredients.

Conclusion: The experimental results showed that the presented model was a good agreement with the extraction process and valid for simulating the facilitated transport and valid for simulating the facilitated transport of amino acids with LEM under various experimental conditions.
