白国平 男,河北省容城县人,1963年5月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1984年从石油大学(山东东营)勘探系石油地质专业本科毕业,获学士学位。1992年从澳大利亚悉尼大学地质地球物理系获得博士学位。1992.4-1994.3 在澳洲联邦科学工业组织 (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation - CSIRO) 石油资源研究所做博士后研究。1994.5-1999.3在美国犹他大学能源地学研究院 (Energy & Geoscience Institute at University of Utah) 任助理研究员(Assistant Research Professor)。1999年4月起在石油大学工作,主要从事盆地石油地质综合研究、区块评价、油气分布和储层评价的研究工作和全球油气分布、储量计算和石油地质的教学工作。发表论文近20篇。
